Wheelthrown speckled stoneware cup in a glossy white glaze. The geometric pattern is created with a tape resist technique which leaves a very tactile unglazed pattern on the surface.
This cup is a second because it was a prototype for my travel mugs. It has a carved band around the top that is filled in with glaze.
