Wheelthrown porcelain mug with celadon blue glaze, white interior glaze, and hand-painted black underglaze lines.
This mug is a second because the handle is small. It is a true one-finger handle, whereas my other jewel mugs in this shape are designed for 2 fingers. This piece has no other flaws.
The geometric pattern is created with a tape resist technique which leaves a very tactile unglazed pattern on the surface.
